Dr. Kevin Matthe Caramancion

Hi! My name is Kevin Matthe Caramancion, pronounced KE-vin-MATH KA-ruh-man-shen  (he/him/his).  Call me Kevin.

My research looks at how people navigate and respond to misleading or harmful information online, with a special focus on AI-driven deception, digital conflict, and trust in networked spaces. I also teach technical IT courses and support green computing efforts and LGBTQ+ inclusion in STEM.

I'm also an Associate Editor for a Springer Journal on the subjects of AI, Cybersecurity, and several Technology Policy articles. Feel free to submit a manuscript here.
